On Monday, October 14, the Tri-County FFA held its annual degree banquet to honor those members receiving their degrees. National FFA Officer candidate Jacob Mattox gave remarks about the different paths FFA gives members an opportunity to take. Following this, Kyle Clark, Logan Hathaway, Matthew Harrington, Abby Kilmer, Brock Langley, Holly Lehe, Courtney Lehe, Ashley Peterson, Samuel Thomas Rance Jr., Sydney Rust, Taylor Terwilliger, Kerry Wang, and Jordan Wasson received their Discovery Degree pins. Chapter Degree recipients included Michaela Blanding, Shane Frey, Joey Eldridge, Mitch Michal, Emily Misch, JT Sipkema, Breanna Waibel, Kaitlin Waibel, Kyler Walder, Cory Wang, Kim Whitcomb, and Randi Woodcock. Twelve Greenhand degrees were bestowed to welcome Makayla Bodine, Wayde Cochran, Mary Collins, Robyn Corbin, Devin Cyr, Cameron Emond, Kimberly Goff, Katie Harshman, Payton Johnson, Emily Kilmer, Kristen Kyle, Elijah Legler, Peyton Maxwell, Jacob Miller, Nathan Moon, Kizer Sheldon, Austin Stearns, Angela Tressler, Laura Walder, Louisa Waldburger, and Brett Woodcock into the Tri-County FFA chapter. The Greenhands received their official FFA jackets as well as their bronze Greenhand Degree pin.
